Welcome to Hike Mudd Audio. By accessing or using my website (www.hikemuddaudio.com) and my post-production audio services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read the following terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use my services.
1. Services Overview
Hike Mudd Audio provides post-production audio services, including mixing, mastering, and distribution. By utilising my services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document.
2. Service Agreement
2.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using my services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2. Scope of Services
My services include audio mixing, audio mastering, and music distribution (via DistroKid). Additional services may be offered, and terms for such services will be outlined separately.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Orders
All orders for my services are subject to availability and acceptance.
3.2. Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of service completion and will be invoiced via email. Payments are accepted through bank transfer and PayPal. Quote price will remain final once agreed, with the exception of additionally requested work (additional revisions, etc), this will be reflected on final invoice.
3.3. Refunds
Refund policies are outlined in my separate Refund Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Submission of Material
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete audio files and relevant information for the provision of my services.
4.2. Communication
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences and requirements clearly. HikeMudd Audio is not responsible for misunderstandings due to unclear communication.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership
Clients retain ownership of their original audio content. Hike Mudd Audio retains the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.2. License
Upon completion of services and full payment, clients are granted an exclusive license to use the completed audio for their intended purposes. Hike Mudd Audio agrees not to license the same work to any other clients or third parties.
6. Confidentiality
Hike Mudd Audio agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hike Mudd Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, my services.
8. Changes to Terms
Hike Mudd Audio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on my website.
